Lagerdrift is professional software for warehouse management, inventory control and tool management, built for businesses of every industry and size. It enables real-time control of materials, tools, spare parts and stock, management of loans and reservations, QR and barcode scanning, stock alerts, stock counts and an overview across several locations. Lagerdrift covers the whole warehouse. Materials: stock per location, minimum stock with email and push alerts, purchase suggestions, serial numbers, alternative units and photos. Tools and keys: loans and reservations with a responsible person and return date, and a reminder when something is overdue. Scanning: QR and barcodes in the app, your own labels for materials and locations. Locations: building, room, rack and shelf in one tree, and vehicles as mobile units. Projects: withdrawals and costs per project. Purchasing: orders, supplier sources with prices and picking orders with approval. Control: stock counts with an inventory list as PDF, a full history of every stock change, permission groups and import from Excel and CSV. Reports and export to PDF and Excel, and an API with webhooks in the Pro plan. All of it in the iOS and Android app and in the browser, in 23 languages.

Lagerdrift offers three plans: Starter from 289 EUR/year (up to 3 users), Pro from 789 EUR/year (up to 10 users, API with webhooks) and Enterprise with pricing on request for more than 10 users.
